 Phillip was born and raised in Fort Mill, SC.  Despite barely making it through high school and never attending college, he turned determination and hard work into a remarkable success story.  By focusing on leadership, exceptional customer service, delegation, and building an outstanding team, Phillip built a multi-million-dollar business from the ground up. Now, he is passionate about sharing the lessons he learned the hard way, helping others navigate their own paths to success with confidence and clarity.

 Tracy was also born and raised in Fort Mill, SC. In the early days of the business, she was right there slinging a weed-eater, helping wherever needed. Over time, she discovered her natural talent for sales and became a phenomenal salesperson. By focusing on customers' needs while tapping into the interpersonal side of relationships, she treated customers as people rather than transactions—a key factor in the company’s success. Today, Tracy is passionate about helping others connect with their customers on a deeper level, transforming business interactions into meaningful relationships.

Phil grew up in Fort Mill, SC, and attended the University of South Carolina, studying business and psychology. Starting in hiring, they quickly advanced to senior operations, specializing in building strong teams and streamlining processes. Passionate about creating workplaces where people love to work, Phil focuses on understanding what matters most to employees—whether it’s their family or long-term goals.
